It's a safe bet that Kiefer Sutherlands involvement with MK10 centers around voice-work. So with that in mind, who can you picture his voice being attached too?

Just throwing this out there - but what about Shinnok or Quan Chi? Granted that the rumors are true and they are the main villains in MK10.

Otherwise, I think he has a good voice for Raiden.

Or perhaps just that of a Narrator?

I would assume he has a big role in Mortal Kombat 10. Sutherland is a huge television star easily recognizable not only from his work in film/television but also videogames. He had a major role in Call of Duty: World at War but even bigger that he was chosen over David Hayter to voice Big Boss/Punished Snake in Metal Gear Solid 5. Mortal Kombat has never had that level of talent for the voice acting.
